Medway School Workforce Awards 2009 - valuing educations most important resource

The School Workforce Development Team hosted the second annual School Workforce Awards, supported by the Kent Messenger Group, Treehouse and MAGIC Autism charities and Canterbury Christ Church University on Wednesday 8 July at the Corn Exchange in Rochester.  The awards are all about recognising and rewarding the outstanding people in Medway's school workforce.

There was a fantastic atmosphere and a real sense of achievement at the awards; it was great to see the winners getting the recognition they deserve.

All school staff from caretakers, midday meals supervisors and administrators to teaching assistants, management and teachers; were rewarded for their valuable role in school life.
